LeadingtechnicaltrainingteamtofulfilltrainingrequirementsfrombusinessdepartmentConductpersonnelassignmentplanninganddisposition,takingintotrainingcenter’sgoalsResponsiblefordisciplinarymanagementandtechnicalleadingfortechnicaltrainers,consideringthequalificationdevelopmentandcareerpathasamanagerPlanandconductshiftarrangementaccordingtotrainingplanningCooperatewithbusinesstodefinetrainingcontext,setuptrainingplan,validatetrainingeffectivenessCoordinatetrainers(intern/extern)Optimizetrainingcoursesandassesstrainingcoursesandpreparereports(e.g.effective/ineffectivetrainings,etc.)andfollowupsuccessoftrainings(e.g.assesstrainingsandpreparereports,etc.)CompileandupdatematerialfortrainingsinthenativelanguageandinEnglishEstablishthestandardsoftrainingsystemdocumentsarchiving,rationalallocationoftrainingresourcesandtrainingtimeDesign,arrange,conductanddocumenttrainingcoursesSupportthestrategicplanningofthedepartment/unitbybreakingdownordevelopingthestrategicplanningforthegroup,withinashortormedium-rangetimeframePlanandsteerthebudgetinhis/herareaofresponsibility,incooperationwithsupervisor,andensurefullcompliancewithlaw&companyrulesBreakdownandprioritizegroupgoalsforassociates
